With over 29 years of proven legal advocacy, Stephen Duncan is well-versed in the law. Mr. Duncan has practiced criminal law in Arizona since 1992. As a prosecutor for the Maricopa County Attorney, he successfully prosecuted hundreds of felony cases. While serving as a Deputy Attorney General, Mr. Duncan was responsible for appeals and white-collar prosecutions. Since entering private practice in 2001, he has focused on criminal defense in state and federal courts.
